The Hotel Charlotte has 10 individually decorated hotel guest rooms each with a private bath, most on the second floor. All rooms are fairly simple in their decor and have good beds, central air conditioning, thick windows with sound proofing and phones with free calls to anywhere in the USA and Dish TV with hundreds of channels. Traditional rooms are petite and basic in their furnishings and decor. At $108 a night, the rate includes a pancake buffet breakfast for 2 people and free internet. Most traditional rooms are queen bedded, although room 5 has two twins.  Upgrades for 2008 include Dish TV and phone in every room with free calls anywhere in the USA. A full rate schedule is posted below and online with our online availability.

Adjoining rooms cater to small groups and families traveling together. Adjoining rooms are two bedrooms connected by the bathroom. One room contains two twin beds, the other a double or queen bed. These rooms have Dish TV in each room and a phone with free calls anywhere in the USA in one of the rooms. Connected rooms are perfect for those traveling with children or friends and are $189, breakfast included for 4 people. These rooms can hold a 5th person with the addition of a rollaway for $20 more.

Large Rooms include the TV and the Chamber rooms. The TV Room overlooks the back of the Hotel from the 2nd floor and has a queen bed, a cast-iron clawfoot tub/shower combination and is $149 per night for two people. The chamber room, on the 1st floor allows pets ($20 additional per night) and provides easier access for those with difficulty traversing stairs. The Chamber Room is our largest and has two queen beds and bath with a clawfoot tub/shower combination. This room is $189 for 4 people and with the addition of a rollaway can hold a 5th person for $20 additional, breakfast included. The Chamber room is pet friendly. Large room photos to the left

Room rates include a daily pancake & scrambled buffet breakfast served from 7:30 to 10:00 am. Guest rooms except the Chamber Room are on the second floor.
